Strengths
- Starfrost Swirl granting all nearby characters in your party Soulwind.
- Skyfeather Song grants Eagleplume which periodically heals the active character.
- Gives Support coverage that shows up in both Abyss and Theater when built.
- Posts B-tier Spiral Abyss and B in Imaginary Theater on our content ratings strip.
Weaknesses
- Energy planning matters — skimping on ER makes Mika's Burst feel inconsistent.
- Without key constellations, some of the kit's advertised comfort is missing.
Talent Priority
For Mika, Elemental Skill is the kit's main payoff — level this first toward 10.
Level Mika's Elemental Burst after the priority talent; it smooths rotations and secondary damage.
Lowest ROI on Mika. Level Normal Attack only after the rest of the kit is comfortable.
Substat Priority
Cast Skill then Burst each rotation.
Follow the recommended rotation for optimal Mika performance.

Mika
Sustain
Listed are 2 examples of Physical teams which Mika helps support. The first using Eula as the DPS while having Raiden Shogun for Electro application as well as to create the Superconduct reaction.

Eula acts as the primary Physical carry, benefiting from Mika's specialized Physical DMG and Attack Speed buffs to stack her Lightfall Sword higher. The combination allows her to reach peak damage potential during her Burst window.

Raiden Shogun provides the off-field Electro application required for Superconduct while acting as a battery to fund Eula's expensive Burst. Her Burst DMG buff also scales effectively with both Eula and Furina.

Furina provides a massive, ramping DMG buff that complements Eula's high damage ceiling while contributing significant off-field Hydro damage. Her HP-draining mechanic is perfectly offset by Mika's team-wide healing.

Mika provides essential Physical DMG bonuses and Attack Speed, which allows Eula to gain more stacks for her Burst. His team-wide Burst heal is also critical for quickly stacking Furina's Fanfare points.
Talents & Constellations
Talents
Mika performs a sequence of Polearm-based Normal Attacks.
Mika uses his crossbow to attack, granting all nearby characters in your party Soulwind. When characters in the Soulwind state are on the field, their ATK SPD will be increased. Will take effect in different ways if Tapped or Held. Tap Fires a Flowfrost Arrow that can pierce through opponents, dealing Cryo DMG to enemies it comes into contact with. Hold Goes into Aiming Mode, locking on to an opponent and firing a Rimestar Flare at them, dealing Cryo DMG. When the Rimestar Flare hits, it will rise before exploding, launching Rimestar Shards into a maximum of 3 other opponents, dealing Cryo DMG. Stars burst 'neath the frosted skies.
A burst of partywide healing and grants Eagleplume which periodically heals the active character.
Constellations
Allows Eagleplume to heal more regularly, scales based on the ATK SPD buff of Soulwind from Starfrost Swirl.
Is it worth getting?
Mika's C1 (Factor Confluence) helps when you lean into that part of the kit: Allows Eagleplume to heal more regularly, scales based on the ATK SPD buff of Soulwind from Starfrost Swirl.
When the initial attacks from Starfrost Swirl hit an opponent, you will now gain 1 Detector stack.
Is it worth getting?
Worth getting on Mika — Companion's Ingress. When the initial attacks from Starfrost Swirl hit an opponent, you will now gain 1 Detector stack.
- Increases the Level of Skyfeather Song by 3. - Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Is it worth getting?
Mika's C3 adds +3 levels to Skyfeather Song. Multiplier bump only — take it after kit-defining nodes if you're already invested.
When Eagleplume heals, restore 3 Energy to Mika up to 5 times.
Is it worth getting?
Situational for Mika's Sunfrost Encomium: When Eagleplume heals, restore 3 Energy to Mika up to 5 times. Take it if you already own earlier constellations.
- Increases the Level of Starfrost Swirl by 3. - Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Is it worth getting?
C5 levels Starfrost Swirl by 3 for Mika. Solid for mains; skippable if you only needed earlier breakpoints.
Increase Detector stacks by 1. Characters with Soulwind deal an additional 60% Physical CRIT DMG.
Is it worth getting?
Worth getting on Mika — Companion's Counsel. Increase Detector stacks by 1.
At C0, Mika already delivers: starfrost Swirl granting all nearby characters in your party Soulwind.
Alternatives to Mika
Not sure Mika is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Where Charlotte goes hard is Framing: Freezing Point Composition: it deals more DMG, although the Skill CD will be longer. Different job than Mika's Support slot — compare teams before swapping.

Chongyun answers with Spirit Blade: Chonghua's Layered Frost (deals Cryo DMG). Same Cryo Support neighborhood as Mika (Starfrost Swirl: granting all nearby characters in your party Soulwind), with different field-time and supports.

Diona answers with Icy Paws (fires an Icy Paw that deals Cryo DMG to opponents and forms a shield on hit). That's a Shield Support answer, while Mika is built as a Support.

Layla answers with Nights of Formal Focus (applies Shield and gains Night Stars periodically or when an Elemental Skill is used on another). That's a Shield Support answer, while Mika is built as a Support.
