Strengths
- Claw and Thunder deals additional Electro DMG to opponents in front of Razor.
- Lightning Fang summons The Wolf Within from Razor which will damage all nearby opponents with Electro DMG.
- Natural fit for Electro Main DPS slots without forcing a weird team shape.
- Posts A-tier Spiral Abyss and A in Imaginary Theater on our content ratings strip.
Weaknesses
- Without key constellations, some of the kit's advertised comfort is missing.
- Razor's best Electro Main DPS showings still ask for a coherent team, not a random four-slot fill.
Talent Priority
Start Razor's talent materials on Normal Attack; it's what you actually press every rotation.
Level Razor's Elemental Burst after the priority talent; it smooths rotations and secondary damage.
Park Razor's Elemental Skill last (or skip). Resources are better spent on Skill/Burst breakpoints.
Substat Priority
Cast Skill then Burst each rotation.
Follow the recommended rotation for optimal Razor performance.

Razor

Xingqiu

Fischl

Diona
Sustain
This is a great mix of elemental reactions, shielding and some limited healing. Razor and Fischl's Nightrider provide some excellent synergy on the battlefield and with Xingqiu's Hydro element used in combination with Diona's Icy Paws to freeze enemies. With this combination on the field, we can trigger Superconduct with Razor's Electro skills.

Razor functions as a Physical-focused Main DPS, using his Burst to increase attack speed and apply Electro. He relies on his team to provide Superconduct and off-field damage support.

Xingqiu's Burst provides Hydro coordination and damage reduction, enabling Electro-Charged reactions. This adds significant off-field pressure while Razor occupies the field.

Fischl acts as a battery for Razor, generating Electro particles via Oz to ensure his Burst uptime. Her off-field damage complements Razor's on-field Physical playstyle.

Diona provides the necessary Cryo application to trigger Superconduct, which shreds enemy Physical RES for Razor. Her shield and healing also keep the fragile Razor protected during his Burst.

Alternatives to Razor
Not sure Razor is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Ororon answers with Night's Sling (manifests an ancient mystical technique from the Masters of the Night-Wind as a Spirit Orb of). Pick Ororon when you want Sub-DPS duty instead of Razor's Main DPS pattern.

Kuki Shinobu answers with Sanctifying Ring (create a ring which heals the active character based on max HP). Pick Kuki Shinobu when you want Sub-DPS duty instead of Razor's Main DPS pattern.

Keqing answers with Stellar Restoration (deals Electro DMG to opponents in a small AoE, and places a Stiletto Mark on the spot hit). Direct peer to Razor — pick whoever already matches your supports and comfort animations.

Sethos leans on Ancient Rite: The Thundering Sands, which gathers the might of thunder, dealing AoE Electro DMG and quickly retreating. Competes with Razor for the same seat; the better fit is the kit your roster already feeds.
