Strengths
- Universal Diagnosis unleashes a Dendro spirit, attacking nearby enemies with Dendro damage.
- Holistic Revivification creates a shield that renews every 2.
- Does the Healer job with clear Dendro identity rather than vague flex value.
- Posts A-tier Spiral Abyss and A in Imaginary Theater on our content ratings strip.
Weaknesses
- Needs honest Energy Recharge or a battery friend before the kit feels smooth.
- Ceiling teams lean on limited partners, so a bare roster won't show the brochure damage.
Talent Priority
Start Baizhu's talent materials on Elemental Burst; it's what you actually press every rotation.
On Baizhu, Elemental Skill is the second stop — take it to 8–10 once the primary talent is online.
Park Baizhu's Normal Attack last (or skip). Resources are better spent on Skill/Burst breakpoints.
Substat Priority
Cast Skill then Burst each rotation.
Follow the recommended rotation for optimal Baizhu performance.

Sustain
Baizhu synergizes well with Hydro and Electro characters in Hyperbloom teams. He will be able to sustain the entire team even with Furina who eats your HP away. Baizhu does not have enough off-field Dendro application, so you need to use another Dendro character, and the two remaining slots are filled with an Hydro and Electro characters.

Baizhu maintains Dendro resonance and applies off-field Dendro to create Bloom cores while protecting the team with his pulsing shields.

Neuvillette provides the heavy Hydro application needed to generate Dendro cores while benefiting from Baizhu's resistance to interruption.

Raiden's Skill triggers coordinated Electro attacks that precisely hit Dendro cores, maximizing Hyperbloom damage with her high EM build.

Kuki Shinobu provides supplemental healing and near-constant Electro pulses to ensure every Dendro core is converted into a Hyperbloom projectile.
Talents & Constellations

This skill creates a shield that renews every 2.5 seconds and pulses with Dendro DMG. This shield stays on the active character and continues to heal them and damage nearby enemies with Dendro DMG.
Constellations

Is it worth getting?
Baizhu's C1 (Attentive Observation) helps when you lean into that part of the kit: Universal Diagnosis gains 1 additional charge.
When your own active character hits a nearby opponent with their attacks, Baizhu will unleash a Gossamer Sprite: Splice. Gossamer Sprite: Splice will initiate 1 attack before returning, dealing 250% of Baizhu's ATK as Dendro DMG and healing for 20% of Universal Diagnosis's Gossamer Sprite's normal healing. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG. This effect can be triggered once every 5s.

Alternatives to Baizhu
Not sure Baizhu is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Where Kaveh goes hard is Artistic Ingenuity: it deals AoE Dendro DMG around Kaveh and detonates any Dendro Cores within the radius. That's a Support answer, while Baizhu is built as a Healer.

Kirara answers with Meow-teor Kick (deals AoE Dendro DMG and creates a Shield scaling with HP which stacks with previous shields). Pick Kirara when you want Shield Support duty instead of Baizhu's Healer pattern.

Where Amber goes hard is Explosive Puppet: it puts a bunny out on the field that taunts the enemies and explodes once its duration is over or it. That's a Support answer, while Baizhu is built as a Healer.

Diona leans on Icy Paws, which fires an Icy Paw that deals Cryo DMG to opponents and forms a shield on hit. That's a Shield Support answer, while Baizhu is built as a Healer.
