Note that Charlotte's A Responsibility to Oversee (C4) can restore Energy for every enemy hit by Still Photo: Comprehensive Confirmation while marked. This is a ~5% gain in energy per enemy but you can not necessarily guarantee the later floors of Spiral Abyss will have multiple enemies to tag. Therefore I would not factor this in when building ER.

In Neuvillette teams, Charlotte provides healing for the team and to assist with generating fanfare from Furina. Other supports then provide RES Shred to further increase the teams damage with each having their own perks. Citlali provides needed interruption RES and Escoffier brings more personal damage at the cost of lower vertical investment.

Charlotte can be great in Freeze teams, her Energy Recharge requirements are significantly lower and she also helps bring Cryo Resonance to increase CRIT Rate for your team. Some example teams include Freeze teams with Skirk, Kamisato Ayaka and Wriothesley.

Baizhu synergizes well with Hydro and Electro characters in Hyperbloom teams. He will be able to sustain the entire team even with Furina who eats your HP away. Baizhu does not have enough off-field Dendro application, so you need to use another Dendro character, and the two remaining slots are filled with an Hydro and Electro characters.

Baizhu is a strong support in any aggravate or spread team. He provides a significant damage bonus through his passive All Things Are of the Earth to the rest of the team. He provides enough support to the entire team while buffing the DPS to trigger more Aggravate or Spread reactions.

This Burgeon team will consists in using one Hydro, Pyro, and Dendro character to trigger Burgeon. Baizhu will drive on-field during his rotation, while the Hydro Character will keep the Dendro cores from burning, allowing Thoma to trigger Burgeon. Baizhu will be able to heal off the damage from the explosions.
