Strengths
- Meow-teor Kick deals AoE Dendro DMG and creates a Shield scaling with HP which stacks with previous shields.
- Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch deals AoE Dendro DMG, exploding into 6 Cat Grass Cardamoms.
- Natural fit for Dendro Shield Support slots without forcing a weird team shape.
- Posts B-tier Spiral Abyss and B in Imaginary Theater on our content ratings strip.
Weaknesses
- Energy planning matters — skimping on ER makes Kirara's Burst feel inconsistent.
- Without key constellations, some of the kit's advertised comfort is missing.
Talent Priority
Crown priority on Kirara: Elemental Skill. Most of their value scales here.
Kirara follow-up talent: Elemental Burst supports the main damage/support loop.
Park Kirara's Normal Attack last (or skip). Resources are better spent on Skill/Burst breakpoints.
Substat Priority
Cast Skill then Burst each rotation.
Follow the recommended rotation for optimal Kirara performance.

Artifact Sets

Deepwood Memories for Dendro teams as someone in the team always wants to be using this set. Kirara will not as easily guarantee full uptime on Deepwood's effects.

Kirara
Sustain
Kirara can be a great teammate for Sethos with her shielding making Charged Attacks easier for Sethos. Characters such as Sucrose and Kaedehara Kazuha help massively with both crowd control and grouping for Charged Attacks.

Sethos functions as the Main DPS, utilizing Kirara's shield for protection while his Electro-charged shots trigger frequent Aggravate reactions.

Fischl generates significant energy for Sethos and provides coordinated Electro attacks that benefit from the team's high Quicken uptime.

Sucrose shares EM with the team to boost Aggravate damage and provides crowd control to keep enemies grouped for Sethos's attacks.

Kirara provides a sturdy Dendro shield and consistent off-field Dendro application, ensuring Sethos can safely channel his attacks without interruption.

Alternatives to Kirara
Not sure Kirara is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Baizhu's Universal Diagnosis unleashes a Dendro spirit, attacking nearby enemies with Dendro damage. Pick Baizhu when you want Healer duty instead of Kirara's Shield Support pattern.

Kaveh answers with Artistic Ingenuity (deals AoE Dendro DMG around Kaveh and detonates any Dendro Cores within the radius). Different job than Kirara's Shield Support slot — compare teams before swapping.

Charlotte leans on Framing: Freezing Point Composition, which deals more DMG, although the Skill CD will be longer. That's a Healer answer, while Kirara is built as a Shield Support.

Lynette's Enigmatic Feint restores her HP, but she will lose a certain amount of HP per second after 4 seconds. Pick Lynette when you want Support duty instead of Kirara's Shield Support pattern.
