Stellar-Conduct composition. As the premier Stellar-Conduct DPS, Sandrone has natural synergy with Qiqi. Yae Miko deals excellent Stellar-Conduct damage from off-field, while supplying the Electro application needed for the reaction.

Qiqi utilizes her Elemental Skill to apply Cryo and provides a 50% damage buff to Stellar reactions while acting as the primary DPS.

As the premier Stellar-Conduct DPS, Sandrone has natural synergy with Qiqi. Sandrone also has a very powerful Elemental Burst, so Qiqi's high Cryo particle production will greatly help lower her Energy requirements. Sandrone can also be used as a Stellar-Swirl DPS, but currently she is much stronger in Stellar-Conduct.

Yae Miko deals excellent Stellar-Conduct damage from off-field, while supplying the Electro application needed for the reaction. At C1 and C2 she will also provide great buffs to Stellar-Conduct DMG % and Elemental Mastery. Note that she cannot enable the reaction herself, so you will need another character on the team that can.
Odette enables and buffs both Stellar reactions, so she and Qiqi have good synergy and can be used well together.

Alternatives to Qiqi
Not sure Qiqi is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Citlali leans on Dawnfrost Darkstar, which provides Pyro RES Shred when Melt reactions are triggered and Hydro RES Shred when Freeze. Different job than Qiqi's Healer slot — compare teams before swapping.

Shenhe answers with Spring Spirit Summoning (grants all nearby party members the Icy Quill effect and deals Cryo DMG in different ways based on). Pick Shenhe when you want Support duty instead of Qiqi's Healer pattern.

Diona's Icy Paws fires an Icy Paw that deals Cryo DMG to opponents and forms a shield on hit. Different job than Qiqi's Healer slot — compare teams before swapping.

Layla's Nights of Formal Focus applies Shield and gains Night Stars periodically or when an Elemental Skill is used on another. That's a Shield Support answer, while Qiqi is built as a Healer.
