The only difference would be that for the Exploding Bunny you do not necessarily need any shielder, and you can use Bennett.

Amber #2As a support, Amber's role is to use the Bunny to aggro enemies so the main DPS can easier target multi-enemies. Hu Tao and Lyney are the two main DPS that Amber can support. Bennett is a required unit for Lyney. However with Hu Tao a range of Anemo or Hydro can be used.
